HISTORY

Deftwerk Solutions, headquartered in Spokane, Washington, represents the vision and passion of Jonathan and Rachel Green. This dynamic husband-and-wife team, after years of honing their craft and the poignant sale of their cherished Arizona home in 2020, embarked on a journey into small business ownership with hope to revolutionize the general contracting industry. Their venture, initially branded as Green Gutter Guys, quickly expanded as they set new benchmarks for excellence.

Four years later, having forged robust, meaningful relationships and established a reliable network of contractors and clients, the Greens faced a pivotal decision: continue with a name that no longer encapsulated their diverse offerings or rebrand to better reflect their expansive expertise. Confronted with rapid industry shifts and unforeseen challenges, they opted for a bold reinvention. Thus, mid-2024 marked the inception of Deftwerk Solutions—a name that embodies their broad capabilities and talent for delivering exceptional service, underpinned by a wealth of experience and a devotion to brilliance.

Prior college Warehouse Manager, aerospace titanium mill Waste Water Recycling Technician, and food-grade product Quality Assurance Specialist, Jonathan is Deftwerk Solutions co-owner and Chief Executive Officer. He oversees project development and personnel training; manages internal and external client relations; and ensures continued overall success by wearing every hat he can (especially Joe Cool)!

TIG welder by trade, former healthcare CPA firm Project Specialist, and global drainage company Marketing Assistant, Rachel is Deftwerk Solutions co-owner and Chief Operating Officer. She controls day-to-day workplace and office functions; directs general company front-line and back-end administration; manages compliance and licensing; and is always ready to lend a hand.
